Trae offers the Free plan, Pro plan, and extra packages. Each plan includes a different set of features, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

Subscription plans
To meet the needs of different users, Trae offers two subscription plans with different sets of features.

| Refund policy | - | Within 24 hours after your subscription, if you have not used the features of Pro plan, you can send your Trae account to feedback@mail.trae.ai to request a refund. Trae's customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. Refund requests that do not meet the refund conditions will not be approved. |

Note: The longest queue time for a fast request is 15 seconds. You may experience a long queue time while using the beta model.
Extra packages
To get extra available fast requests, you can purchase extra packages.

Prerequisites: A Pro plan subscription is required. Users on the Free plan cannot purchase extra packages.
Subscription type: One-time payment
Validity period: 30 days. After expiration, any remaining fast requests will be automatically cleared by the platform.
Note: If your Pro plan has expired but your extra package is still active with remaining fast requests, you can continue to use them until they are fully used up.
Payment policy: You can purchase only one extra package at a time. You must use up all the fast requests in your current package before purchasing another.
Refund policy: Refunds are not supported. For special circumstances, contact Trae's team at feedback@mail.trae.ai for assistance.

- PayPal (not supported in Macao SAR (China), Netherlands, Myanmar, and Turkey)

Subscribe to the Pro plan
Go to the page for Pro plan subscription by one of the following ways:
- On the top navigation bar, click the Pricing option
- In the top-right corner, click your avatar and select Upgrade to Pro from the menu
On the Pro plan's subscription page, select a subscription type from Monthly or Yearly, then click the Get started button
This directs you to the payment page
Check the payment details and follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment
Get invoices
- In the top-right corner, click your avatar and select Plan & Billings from the menu
- This directs you to the Plan & Billings panel
- In the Billing History section, you can:
- Check your billing history
- Click Obtain invoice to request invoices
Unsubscribe to the Pro plan
In the top-right corner, click your avatar and select Plan & Billings from the menu to manage your subscription.
